A California pastor and his wife prayed over an unconscious young boy who had been hit by a truck, and say they witnessed a miracle as God brought him back to life.


Breaking Christian News reports that Pastor Eric Angeles and his wife, Ruth, live in Norwalk, California where Eric is the leader of New Hope International Christian Center.

Angeles says he was at home with his wife when they heard a loud noise and rushed outside to find a boy hit by a pick-up truck.

"The boy was motionless," Eric told CBN News.

KANYE WEST RELEASES HYMN-LIKE SONG ON NEW ALBUM



Hip hop artist Kanye West recently released his new album The Life of Pablo, which includes a song called “Ultralight Prayer” that sounds more like a hymn than a hip hop song.

Charisma News notes that the song is sweet and sounds like a song that might be sung in church.

The remains of a Christian martyr from the third century A.D. have been discovered among ruins of an ancient monastery destroyed by ISIS.

A Texas prayer garden with a massive cross statue has reportedly been instrumental in drawing many to Christ.

CBNNews.com reports that the “Coming King Sculpture Prayer Garden” in the hill country of  Kerrville, Texas, is the brainchild of Max Greiner, who also is a scultpor of statues for the garden.

“We’ve built this garden as a place where people can connect with God without having to go through a bunch of religion,” states Greiner who also said God first gave him the vision for the garden in 2002.

A giant cross is the main sculpture in the garden. It is made of CorTen steel and stands 77 feet tall and weighs approximately 70 tons.

CREATOR OF FAKE WEBSITE SELLING PRAYERS WAS FORCED TO PAY BACK OVER $7 MILLION TO CUSTOMERS

Creator of Fake Website Selling Prayers was Forced to Pay Back over $7 Million to Customers


The creator of a fake prayer website, which sold prayers to customers for payment, has been forced to pay restitution of up to $7.5 million to customers he swindled.

Christian Today reports that Benjamin Rogovy, from Seattle, created the for-profit company Christian Prayer Center (CPC) which sold prayers to 125,000 customers for $9-$35 per prayer.


Rogovy created a fake pastor named John Carlson who allegedly ran the website. Rogovy even created a LinkedIn profile for Carlson, describing him as “Senior Pastor, Christian Prayer Center, January 2009-present.”

Rogovy also used the name Eric Johnston as a supposed leader of the company.

JERRY FALWELL, JR. COMPARES TRUMP TO KING DAVID

Liberty University Chancellor Jerry Falwell, Jr. has compared Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump to Israel’s King David.

The Christian Post reports that Falwell made the comparison while being interviewed for an article published in the student-run Liberty Champion.

In the interview, Falwell explains that he became friends with Trump in 2012 after the first time Trump spoke at Liberty. He added that he and his family joined Trump on the campaign trail during the Iowa caucuses.

The Vatican will likely approve a sainthood designation for Mother Teresa of Calcutta, Yahoo News reports.

A woman who allegedly had an affair with a pastor of a Florida megachurch is suing the church for failing to pay her the money they promised to pay her to keep quiet about the affair.

Christian Today reports that Arlene Miranda filed the lawsuit against Orlando Baptist Church, claiming that the church failed to pay her the $3,000 it agreed to pay her for keeping quiet about her affair with the church’s pastor, Dave Janney.

Miranda stated that she is going public with the affair and the lawsuit not because she wants the money, but because she is convicted about her sin.

The 40 Days for Life campaign recently reported that 35 unborn babies have been saved through the efforts of pro-life volunteers.

In his last National Prayer Breakfast speech while in office, President Obama gave an introspective talk about how his faith overcomes his fears.

Members of India’s lowest class, the dalits or "untouchables," are organizing rallies to protest their unfair treatment by the government.

FRANCE BULLDOZES REFUGEES’ CHURCH AND MOSQUE

A church and mosque in France’s “jungle” camp for migrants and refugees have been destroyed, despite authorities’ reportedly promising not to demolish the places of worship.

THREE EGYPTIAN CHRISTIAN STUDENTS ON TRIAL FOR INSULTING ISLAM

Three Egyptian Christian high school students are on trial for allegedly insulting Islam.

According to ABC News, the students appeared in a 30-second video, filmed by their teacher, in which one student appears to be kneeling to pray while reciting verses from the Quran, while the two other students stand behind him laughing. One student runs his hand under the praying student’s chin, as if beheading him.

26 DEAD IN A SUICIDE BOMB IN TWO TOWNS IN NIGERIA


Suicide attacks on two predominantly Christian communities in northeast Nigeria today and on Wednesday (Jan. 27) left at least 26 persons dead and dozens of others injured, sources said.

A recent national survey has revealed that 76 percent of Americans ages 18 to 31 believe that living together before marriage is not morally wrong.

Two Nigerian pastors have been abducted this month in Kogi state, as kidnapping cartels that have plagued the central state the past three years directed their aim at Christian leaders.

A court in Belfast, Ireland, has acquitted an evangelical preacher accused of hate speech in 2014 for calling Islam “satanic.”

A man who was unjustly convicted of murder and spent 24 years in prison has turned his life over to God and become a pastor.

Christian Today reports that Darryl Burton was sentenced to prison in 1985 for the murder of Donald Ball at a gas station in St. Louis. However, after writing hundreds of letters to lawmakers and attorneys who specialize in helping those who are wrongfully convicted, Burton was exonerated and had his sentence overturned in 2008.
